Order Production Time

Each piece is hand-knit to order. Production typically takes 1-3 months if yarn colour is available. This timeline may vary depending on colour availability and current workload.
If a selected yarn colour is discontinued by the supplier, you will be contacted to choose another colour.

Shipping Locations

We ship within Canada and internationally.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier service.
Once shipped, any delays caused by customs or postal carriers are outside of our control.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped (when available based on destination and service used).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers may be charged duties/taxes by their country upon delivery.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. order must include phone number for my courier service.  Muskoka Knits is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
