Welcome to Muskoka Knits. By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Product & Ordering

    •    All items are hand-knit to order unless noted as “Ready to Wear.”
    •    Colours may vary slightly depending on screen/device settings.
    •    Yarn colours can be discontinued without notice by the supplier. If this occurs, customers will be contacted to select an alternative colour.
    •    Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled once knitting has begun.

Sizing

    •    Standard relaxed-fit sizing is designed to suit a range of body shapes.
    •    If you have specific fit concerns, please contact us prior to ordering.

Pricing & Payment

    •    All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.
    •    Payment is due at checkout. Orders will not begin until payment is received.

Production Time

    •    Typical production time is 1-3 months if yarn colour is available.
    •    Timelines are estimates and may vary due to yarn availability or workload.

Shipping

    •    We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.
    •    Once shipped, transit delays are outside of our control.
    •    Duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

    •    Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our knitwear, all sales are final.
    •    If there is a concern with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.

Care

    •    All knits are spot clean only.
    •    Do not hang — always fold or store your knitwear.

Accuracy of Information

We aim to provide accurate product photos and descriptions. However, small variations in colour and sizing are expected due to yarn characteristics and the handmade nature of our designs.

Changes to Terms

Muskoka Knits reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
